28 Years of Community Impact
With more than 1,750 graduates since 1996, our program has shaped leaders who drive positive change across Macomb County. Our long-standing presence reflects consistent quality, trusted relationships and impactful collaborations.
Immersive, Behind-the-Scenes Learning
Participants enjoy a unique backstage pass to Macomb County assets, and dialogue with topic level experts resulting in a deeper understanding and appreciation of our community.
Strong Alumni Network
Our graduates continue to lead-serving on boards, launching collaborations, supporting nonprofits, starting businesses, running public offices, and helping move communities forward. The Leadership Macomb network offers ongoing support and connection.
Youth Success & Community Focus
Junior Leadership Macomb helps prepare teens for life after high school through career exploration, behind the scenes field trips, and a variety of interactive and introspective activities. Students emerge with established and solid connections, self-confidence, purpose, and direction.
