Welcome to Leadership Macomb Class XXVI! We are looking forward to a great program year as you EXPERIENCE a backstage pass to Macomb County, CONNECT with your fellow class members, and ENGAGE with the many speakers and presenters you will meet throughout the year.

Our objectives of the day are to:

1. Learn about the Leadership Macomb program and expectations.
2. Understand the importance of connecting within the LM Cohort and LM Alumni.
3. Get an update on Macomb County Planning & Economic Development.
4. Understand your personality type and how it affects your relationships both professionally and personally.
5. Learn how emotional intelligence is the key to influential leadership.
